Graphic
design Typing/DTP
Our graphic designers propose original and creative ways to realise and organize texts and images tailored according to your brief. The DekaPrint graphic designer team creates models, vectorial images, simulations and files for production associated to each product in our catalogue and to the products customized based on specific client requirements. In addition, our graphic designers create models for offset or digital printing (business cards, flyers, leaflets, posters or letterheads), for rollup banner systems or pop up stands, exhibition desks or light boxes.
Offset & Digital
Printing medium and large print run
The Offset method is used for large print run. By use of this method, the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. The final image, for printing, is created using the special ink rollers, while the non-printing area attracts a water-based film (called "fountain solution"), keeping the non-printing areas ink-free. The digital printer is different, to the extent that it eliminates few mechanical phases specific to the conventional methods. It also allows for on-demand printing, short turnaround time, and even a modification of the image (variable data) used for each impression.
Screen &
Sublimation
printing
The screen and sublimation printing can be done on different types of items / objects made of textiles, PVC, bond, wood etc. The use of screen and sublimation printing offers elegant, attractive and long-lasting customization. The sublimation printing uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric the screen printing is more advanced than the traditional printing techniques. In case of screen printing the surface does not need to be printed under pressure, and it does not have to be planar. There can be used different types of ink and a variety of materials, as fabric, ceramics, wood, paper, glass, metal, plastic etc.
Laser, CNC &
Cutting and
engraving
The CNC Laser can be used with multiple advantages: precision and possibility of creating of fine details, possibility to cut desired shapes even at a small scale; short time for processing of materials and the possibility to process very fine, thin or even flexible materials (veneer, paper, textile, leather, PVC etc). All these are directly reflected on the production costs that are much lower. The CNC cutting/routing also offers multiple advantages, including: the diversity of materials processed – acrylic, cardboard, fabric, textiles, wood, leather, MDF and even some sheet metal; possibility of maintaining the initial colour of the materials and of cutting a large variety of dimensions.
